HR Specialist and Employment Law Consultant

Judith Foxton set up Averist in 2018 in order to help SMEs deal with the people side of running a company. We are based in Wigan and cover the whole of the North West. Together with her legal team, Averist has over 40 years' experience of high-level HR and employment law.

As a family-run business, we can identify with SMEs who run into issues which they perhaps did not expect to have to deal with. Things like poor performance, redundancies, short and long-term sickness, exit strategies or dealing with ACAS and Employment Tribunals.

We recognise the massive impact these issues can have on small businesses – and that is why we provide a personalised and tailored approach to support our clients.  

 

Our services keep you in control and create effective, better workplace environments which really do help you reach the targets you want.

Whilst we predominantly work with businesses and charities in the North West of England, we do offer our services further afield.
